This isn't the most well known cloning utility on the block but it does clone time machine backups. Maybe an update for macOS 10.13 High Sierra and APFS would revive its popularity and perhaps a reduction in price to make it on a par with CCC and SuperDuper?

It addresses compatibility issues with Yosemite.

This application seems to be the only one able to copy a faulty media (that is a disk that does not show on the desktop).
HOWEVER, be aware that the disk where the copy is to be written must have MORE free space than the faulty disk. Using an empty target (just formatted) of the same model as the faulty disk won't suffice. You do need a BIGGER target disk.

mmm...
It took 27 hours for a 456 GB harddrive to copy!
Same drive took less then 6 hours in Super Duper and less then 8 hours in Carbon Copy Cloner, same drive, all USB2.

Duplicate mode clones the full volume, Boot Camp partition and all, without excessive hacking of the partition maps and MBR and such. Downside of this is that both Mac and Win partitions need to be restored at the same time - but small price to pay for data integrity and peace of mind.
Unfortunately not well updated.
